Each year member and candidate institutions are required to prepare and submit an annual report to the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. The purpose of the annual report is to update basic institutional data which enables the Commission to monitor institutional trends and changes. The 2016 Annual Report is in KeySurvey electronic format, designed for ease in completion via an Internet connection. A link to the electronic survey was sent via email to institutional CEOs and ALOs on March 29th, 2016. If you did not receive the informational email with the institutional password, please contact the NWCCU office (425-558-4224; email@example.com).
The deadline for receipt of the electronic survey report is June 6, 2016.
