| Each year member and candidate institutions are required to prepare and submit an annual report to the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. The purpose of the annual report is to update basic institutional data which enables the Commission to monitor institutional trends and changes. The 2011 Annual Report is a Key Survey electronic format, designed for ease in completion via an Internet connection. A link to the electronic survey was sent via email to institutional CEOs and ALOs on March 31, 2011. If you did not receive the informational email with the institutional password, please contact the NWCCU office (425-558-4224; ebuckley@nwccu.org).
New additions to this year's 2011 Annual Report template include multi-user accessibility, print-out options, pre-populated responses, and attached files. In addition, each institution will have a specific password to access the survey so that the survey is accessible from any workstation.
The deadline for receipt of the electronic survey report is June 1, 2011.
Links to 2011 Annual Report questions have been provided above for help with information collection purposes, but NWCCU will not accept hard copy submissions of the report. |
