Each year member, candidate, and applicant institutions are required to prepare and submit an annual report to the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.  The purpose of the annual report is to update basic institutional data which enables the Commission to monitor institutional trends and changes.  The 2010 Annual Report template has been converted to a Survey Monkey electronic format for ease in completion via an Internet connection. A link to the electronic survey was sent via email to institutional CEOs and ALOs on April 12, 2010.

New additions to this year's 2010 Annual Report template include online embedded links to definitions of terms used. Many of the terms overlap with the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) reports completed for the Department of Education, and those definitions are now provided where overlap occurs. Please be aware that the information provided for survey sections 7, 8 and 9 should be at the degree level, and the program or discipline level, but not at the course level.

The deadline for receipt of the electronic survey report is June 1, 2010.

Links to 2010 Annual Report documents have been provided above for help with information collection purposes, but NWCCU will not need these forms returned to the Commission office.
